What ISO 27001:2022 Means for SWC and Our Customers

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for information security management. Achieving certification confirms that SWC has implemented a comprehensive, risk based security program supported by strong policies, documented processes, and technical controls.

Our certified ISMS covers:

• Personal information
• Customer and supplier data
• Internal data related to sales, project management, strategic guidance, and hosted applications
• Multiple SWC locations, including Newburgh (HQ), Decatur, Lenexa, and Nashville.

This certification provides our customers with confidence that the systems supporting their operations are protected by industry leading security practices.

Audit Results: A Strong Validation of SWC’s Security Maturity

The certification audit, conducted by Johanson Group LLP, examined our policies, procedures, controls, operational practices, and evidence. The audit concluded with:

• 0 major nonconformities
• 5 minor nonconformities
• 6 observations

All of which are well within expectations for a first time ISO 27001 certification and demonstrate that SWC operates a well structured, mature security program.

Continuous Improvement Through Our Trust Center

As part of our commitment to transparency, we are launching a Security Trust Center, powered by Vanta.
